Change of case category / organizational unit

A received case may be placed in the wrong category or organizational unit by the sender. However, this can easily be corrected. Simply click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the case detail, select the Edit option, and then choose the category and/or organizational unit where you want the case to be placed.
