This setting is available in the Form fields -> Additional settings section of the form customization. By default, attachments are enabled. When you turn this option off, the "Attachments" field will be hidden from the form.
If you decide to re-enable attachments later, the field will reappear.
This option is form-specific, allowing you to manage attachment settings independently for each form.
