# Enable or disable attachments in forms
## Temporarily hide the “Attachments” field without deleting it permanently.
This setting is available in the **Form fields -\> Additional settings** section of the form customization. By default, attachments are enabled. When you turn this option off, the "Attachments" field will be hidden from the form.
If you decide to re-enable attachments later, the field will reappear.
This option is **form-specific**, allowing you to manage attachment settings independently for each form.
