Labels

Labels are used to divide and classify cases according to your needs. Each case can be assigned one or more labels. You can then filter cases by label and see the distribution of cases based on their label in the dashboard statistics.

How do I add a label to a case?

You can find the labels feature on the right side of each case detail. Here, members can add, edit, delete or create completely new labels.

How do I create a new label?

You can create a new label in the labels feature in the case detail. Type the name of the label in the blank field and press Enter to confirm.

Tip 1: You can filter cases by label.
