Materials

The Materials section gives you quick access to useful files organized by category. Whether you're looking for user guides, templates or promotional assets, everything is available for download.

On the main screen, you’ll find several folders, including:

  • Guides – Manuals and tutorials to help users, administrators, and organizations use the platform effectively.

  • Other – A collection of helpful documents such as Certificate of platform use or FaceUp use cases.
  • Promotional materials – Visuals, brochures, and marketing assets for promoting the platform and encouraging safe reporting.
  • Templates – Ready-to-use documents, including a Whistleblowing policy template.

Each folder shows the number of available files inside and opens with a single click.

Language selection

In the top-right corner, there is a language dropdown menu. Click it to switch the displayed materials to another language.

Once you select a language, the folders and materials will automatically update to show only files available in that language.
