1. In the channels overview, click + Add at the top right.
2. Select Form.
3. Enter a name of the form, select its default language, and click Save to confirm the creation of the new form.
4. The system will automatically redirect you to the settings of the newly created form, where you can continue editing it - for example, change the access code, upload your logo, add pages, edit form fields, etc.
How to delete the form?
1. In the channels overview, click on the form you want to delete.
2. In the form detail, click the Delete button in the top right corner.
