Pricing & Credits — AI Hotline
This article explains how pricing works for the AI-powered Hotline and how to manage usage credits.
Pricing Overview
AI Hotline pricing is designed to be simple and flexible for organizations of all sizes, including global teams. Exact pricing is available upon request — your account manager or our support team will be happy to guide you.
The cost has three simple parts:
1. Annual AI Access Fee
A base fee that covers access to the AI Hotline technology, including ongoing platform & conversation logic improvements, and service management.
2. Annual Fee per Hotline Number
Each active AI hotline number includes an annual fee based on the selected country and number type.
3. Usage Credits
Credits are consumed based on hotline activity (calls, AI processing, and related services).
Each number includes free starting credits, and additional credits can be easily topped up anytime.
Note: Credit consumption depends mainly on call length and region, with usage increasing proportionally to call duration.
Free Credits
Each newly activated AI hotline number includes a set of free credits so your team can test the service before full rollout.
Every first new AI hotline number is automatically credited with a starting balance:
• Starter & Professional plans:
10 USD / 10 EUR / 7.5 GBP / 250 CZK
• Enterprise plan:
100 USD / 100 EUR / 75 GBP / 2500 CZK
Additional Credits
If your credit balance runs low, you can easily top up at any time to ensure uninterrupted hotline availability.
How to Top Up Credits
You can monitor your credit balance in the Billing section of your account and add more credit by clicking on Add credits anytime.
When your credit falls to 5 USD/EUR, we will notify you via email about the low balance. Another notification will be sent if your credit is completely exhausted.
Add credits - by Card

Go to Billing and click Add credits.

Choose how many credits you want to purchase and click Confirm and pay.

You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page to complete the transaction.

Once the payment is successful, your credits will be added automatically.
Add credits - by Invoice

Go to Billing and click Add credits.

Select the number of credits and click Confirm and pay.

We’ll send you an invoice for the selected amount.

Credits will be added to your account once the invoice is paid.
