Where is data hosted?
FaceUp’s product infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (California), in the United Arab Emirates, Australia (Sydney) or in the European Union (Ireland).
How do I set where my data is hosted?
When you sign up for FaceUp, you will be asked whether you want to host your data in the US, the UAE, AUS or the EU. A hosting location will be recommended based on your physical location - we automatically pre-select a location, however, you can manually select a different option.
Is the data on the cloud encrypted?
Data is encrypted and we encrypt backups as well.
