A demo organization is automatically created for every new partner account. You can use it to explore the administration features, including submitting cases and managing received cases.
How do I delete a demo organization?
You can delete demo organization from your account at any time. On the organization overview, click the three dots icon at the end of the row and select Delete.
How do I rename a demo organization?
You can rename the demo organization as you wish. First, enter the organization's administration, then click the gear in the navigation bar to get to Settings. In Settings, click on the Organization settings tab, where you can change the name of the organization in the Basic Information section.
