Credits
The hotline works on the principle of credits, which are charged for each call made to your phone number.
When do you need to add credits?
You can monitor your credit balance in the Billing section and add more credit by clicking on Add credits anytime.
When your credit falls to 5 USD/EUR, we will notify you via email about the low balance. Another notification will be sent if your credit is completely exhausted.
Recharge credits - by card
1) In the Billing section click on the Add credits button.
2) A pop-up window will appear where you can select the amount you want to top up and confirm by clicking on the Confirm and pay button.
3) You will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can complete the payment process.
4) Your credit balance is updated after successful payment.
Recharge credits - on invoice
1) In the Billing section click on the Add credits button.
2) A pop-up window will appear where you can select the amount you want to top up and confirm by clicking on the Confirm and pay button.
3) An invoice will be sent to you and credits will be added to your account once the payment is received.
