How to purchase a plan for a client
You can purchase the plan both for clients who are still in their trial period and for clients whose trial period has already expired (we will automatically reactivate the account immediately after payment).
1) Purchase a plan in the partner administration
If you manage client billing, you can purchase a plan directly from your administration. Simply click on the three dots icon next to the desired organization on the organization overview and select Billing.

A box will pop up where you can select the number of employees, billing frequency, and plan type. Confirm by clicking the Buy button.


If you have a discount code or coupon, you can apply it in the next step. If you do not have a discount code, leave the field blank and confirm by clicking Buy.

We will redirect you to the payment gateway, where you will enter your payment details and complete the payment.


2) Purchase a plan in the client's administration
Enter the client's administration and click on the Settings icon in the side navigation bar. In the settings, you will find the Billing tab. Here, you can select the number of employees, billing frequency, and plan type. Confirm by clicking the Buy button.


If you have a discount code or coupon, you can apply it in the next step. If you do not have a discount code, leave the field blank and confirm by clicking Proceed to checkout.



In the payment gateway, you will enter your payment details and complete the payment.
