Whenever you sign in to the FaceUp administration, you will need to enter both your password and also the authentication code generated by an authenticator app. 1\. To enable multi-factor authentication, you'll need to have the **authentication app installed on your mobile phone**. FaceUp is compatible with all common authentication apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Passwords (iOS) etc. 2\. Start by accessing the ***My Account* settings** by clicking on the menu in the bottom left corner of the administration panel. If you can no longer access the authentication app, you will be unable to log into your account on your own. In this situation, [**contact us**](mailto:support@faceup.com), and we will assist you in regaining access.
