Operating with cases
Received cases are found in the Cases section, where you can further operate with them. You can change the status of a case, assign members, communicate with the sender or write an internal comment and discuss it with other colleagues.
It is possible to export cases in a CSV and Excel format, or you can use the printer icon to either print it or save it as a PDF file.
All actions and changes made will be recorded in the activity log, which can be found at the bottom next to the sender messages and internal comments.
