Snippets feature is available within the messages (and internal comments) box next to the attachment icon.
To create a new snippet click on the Add snippet button, fill in its name, message content, shortcut and confirm by clicking the Add button.
Snippets can be easily recalled by inserting the hashtag symbol.
Click on the snippet name to insert the saved message.
You can edit or delete the created snippets at any time.
Member needs to have permission to write messages (and internal comments) to create and use snippets.
