Adding external cases

You can also add cases that you receive through other sources, such as a phone or a physical trust box into your FaceUp database. The cases can be added in the Cases overview via the + Add a case button, located in the upper right corner.

There, you fill out the basic information and source (e.g. email, phone...), add an attachment if you wish, and then simply click the Add button.
