Case solution rating

Once the case is marked as Closed, the sender will be presented with a rating option to express their satisfaction with the solution. This rating is subsequently shown in the case detail in your FaceUp administration.

Cases can be filtered by rating.

Within Analytics, there is also a graph displaying the ratings and their average.
