Forms
The FaceUp provides you with a basic online form by default. However, you can also extend the channels with more forms. For example, you can offer individual forms to different groups of senders, split internal and public forms, and so on.
All forms can be customized to fully meet your needs. For example, try a change of logo or color scheme, create a custom link to the form, set sender anonymity, add more pages, your own questions or set up an automatic response in absence.
Hotlines
In addition to online forms, you can also set up a special hotline for whistleblowers. Instructions for setting up and activating the phone line can be found in this article.
Surveys
Do you want to better understand the needs and expectations of your employees, clients, or business partners? Create a survey with the option of follow-up communication and collect responses that you can further work with.
