Reporting via automated hotline

The hotline operates with a robot, allowing to create a case with a voice message. This message is recorded and sent to the FaceUp administration. The submitter receives a confirmation SMS after the call. The hotline functions 24/7.

1. Call the telephone number of the automated hotline provided by your company.

2. The automated system will guide you to create a case. You communicate with the robot using the dial pad on your phone. 

The maximum length of a voice message is 20 minutes. Afterwards, the call is automatically terminated.

3. After the call you will receive a text message with a link to log in to the case and a unique key to your case.

4. To log in to the case, open the link and enter the case key. You can then can see the status of the case and further communicate with the organization.
