Reporting via automated hotline
The hotline operates with a robot, allowing to create a case with a voice message. This message is recorded and sent to the FaceUp administration. The submitter receives a confirmation SMS after the call. The hotline functions 24/7.
1. Call the telephone number of the automated hotline provided by your company.
2. The automated system will guide you to create a case. You communicate with the robot using the dial pad on your phone.
3. After the call you will receive a text message with a link to log in to the case and a unique key to your case.

4. To log in to the case, open the link, click on the Check a case button and enter the case key. You can then can see the status of the case and further communicate with the organization.
