Reporting Channels

The FaceUp app provides you with a basic reporting form by default. However, you can also extend the reporting channels with more reporting forms. For example, you can offer individual forms to different groups of senders, split internal and public forms, and so on.

All reporting forms can be customized to fully meet your needs. For example, try a change of logo or color scheme, create a custom link to the form, set sender anonymity, add more pages, your own questions or set up an automatic response in absence

In addition to online reporting forms, you can also set up a special hotline for whistleblowers. Instructions for setting up and activating the phone line can be found in this article.
