In your administration, you can set up working hours and also define an automatic reply, which will be displayed to the sender if they send a message outside your working hours.
You can find the working hours function with automatic reply in Form customisation → Working hours.
When this feature is switched on, it is necessary to fill in the automatic reply. You can also adjust the predefined days and working hours. It is necessary to save all the changes made.
Tip: You can set up different automatic reply and working hours for each organisational unit.
